Ingredients:

  • 1 Hemp & Sage Sunshine Burger patty
  • 2 slices of hemp bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoon spicy red pepper hummus
  • 2 strips of vegan bacon
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • Sprouts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Directions:

Heat Sunshine Burger patty according to directions or using your favorite method.

Spread toasted bread with hummus.

Place cooked Sunshine Burger on bread and top with vegan bacon, avocado slices, tomato and sprouts. Add Salt and pepper to sandwich to taste.
