Serves: 6

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1 cup mango or pineapple, chopped into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1/4 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of one lime

 

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, toss all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve!
