Serves: 2 (3 wraps per serving)



  • 2 Falafel Sunshine Burger Patties
  • Tahini Sauce, to taste
  • 6 Outer Lettuce leaves from head of lettuce
  • 6 slices fresh tomato
  • Alfalfa Sprouts, to taste
  • Shredded Carrots, to taste



Heat Sunshine Burger Patties in a small fry pan.

Lay lettuce leaves out and put Tahini sauce inside the leaves, near the base.

Cut the patties into three slices. Place each piece near the base of the lettuce leaf, top with a slice of fresh tomato. Drizzle with more Tahini sauce and top with alfalfa sprouts and shredded carrots. Roll each lettuce leaf and place a tooth pick in it to help hold it together.
