Ingredients:

[li]1 medium spaghetti squash, cut lengthwise and seeded[/li]
[li]1 tablespoon olive oil[/li]
[li]2 cloves garlic, minced[/li]
[li]1 small onion, chopped[/li]
[li]1.5 cups mushroom, sliced[/li]
[li]salt and pepper, to taste[/li]
[li]1 Barbecue Sunshine Burger patty, crumbled[/li]
[/ul]

Directions:

[li]Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.[/li]
[li]Place the spaghetti squash halves face down in a baking pan filled with about an inch of water and bake for about 35 minutes.[/li]
[li]Meanwhile, sauté the onion and garlic in over medium-high heat until translucent (about 3 minutes). Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender.[/li]
[li]Remove the spaghetti squash from the oven, let cool a few minutes and then scrape out the insides.[/li]
[li]Add the mushroom mixture and Sunshine Burger crumbles and enjoy![/li]
