[li]Cheese alternative (or the real thing if you dare) – Daiya brand cheddar cheese is a great cheese alternative[/li]
[li]1 Black Bean South West Sunshine Burger patty, crumbled[/li]
[li]1/2 avocado, sliced[/li]
[li]Salsa or hot sauce[/li]
[li]Sprouts[/li]
[li]Lundberg Farms Pico De Gallo Rice Chips[/li]

Directions:
[li]Throw the rice, beans, kale, cheese, and Sunshine Burger crumbles in a bowl and microwave until warm.[/li]

This was delicious! I did have to modify it slightly, as I had no kale, sprouts, or chips. I heated the rice, beans, and patty then topped with avocado and shredded iceburg lettuce. So good!
