1 cup of polenta

3 cups of water

½ cup of vegan cheese shredded

2 South West Sunshine burger patties defrosted and crumbled

Salsa to taste


Combine polenta and water and bring to a boil: once boiling stir for a minute. Remove from heat and stir in vegan shredded cheese.

Spoon half of the polenta mixture into a 9’’ square pan. Add crumbled South West burgers and top with the remaining polenta mixture.

 Let the mixture cool. Once cooled, cut into triangles and brown with some oil in a fry pan.

 Top with your favorite salsa or make some of your own using fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, green bell peppers, lime juice, cilantro and salt and pepper.
