  • 1 gluten free tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 2 leaves of kale (or your favorite leafy green), chopped
  • A handful of mushrooms (or your favorite vegetable)
  • 1 Sunshine Burger Hemp & Sage Breakfast Patty, warmed and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup vegan shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Sprouts
  • Salsa or hot sauce (optional)



Warm the tortilla in the microwave; spread hummus on one side.  Top tortilla with the vegetables, sunshine burger crumbles and shredded vegan cheese.  Garnish with avocado and sprouts. Roll up and enjoy.
