Ingredients:
- 1 gluten free tortilla
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 2 leaves of kale (or your favorite leafy green), chopped
- A handful of mushrooms (or your favorite vegetable)
- 1 Sunshine Burger Hemp & Sage Breakfast Patty, warmed and crumbled
- 1/4 cup vegan shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Sprouts
- Salsa or hot sauce (optional)
Directions:
Warm the tortilla in the microwave; spread hummus on one side. Top tortilla with the vegetables, sunshine burger crumbles and shredded vegan cheese. Garnish with avocado and sprouts. Roll up and enjoy.
