- 1 Garden Herb Sunshine Burger patty
- 1/2 medium zucchini
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 slices pumpernickel bread, or your favorite variety
- 2 slices fresh tomato
- Handful spinach leaves
- 1-3 slices Vegan Mozzarella
- Vegan butter, for grilling
Heat grill to medium low and grill Sunshine Burger. Slice fresh zucchini into diagonal slices and salt and pepper them to taste. Oil the grill and grill zucchini. Top bread slices with grilled burger, grilled zucchini, fresh tomato slices, spinach leaves and vegan cheese.
Spread outside of bread slices with vegan butter. Add to grill or Panini press to brown. Grill to desired doneness and enjoy!
