Easy Parmigiana Patties
Ingredients
3 ea Original Sunshine burgers
1 lb cooked whole wheat/rice angel hair pasta
28 oz organic tomato sauce
4-6 oz shredded vegan mozzarella or organic mozzarella
2 tbsp fresh chopped basil
1. Pre-heat oven to 325.
2. Coat a baking pan with tomato sauce.
3. Arrange burgers on sauce and top with additional sauce and cheese.
4. Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese melts and burger is hot.
5. Serve with pasta, additional sauce and basil.
