Simply South-West Black Bean Burger Pizza
Ingredients
1 ea crumbled Black Bean Sunshine Burger
4 oz shredded vegan cheddar or organic cheddar cheese
1 ea whole wheat or brown rice tortilla
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
optional crushed red pepper
1. Pre-heat oven to 425.
2.Top tortilla with crumbled burger and cheese.
3. Bake until cheese is melted and tortilla get crispy.
4. Remove from oven, slice and top with salsa and cilantro.
*Enjoy this great light crispy pizza as snack or lunch with a salad
