Combining her in-depth knowledge of nutrition and her passion for farm fresh organic ingredients, Carol created her own healthy, nutritious and delicious vegetarian burgers. She used organic vegetables, whole grains and ground raw sunflower seeds. Sunflower seeds are one of the best whole food sources of Vitamin E, known to reduce the risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease.
