- 1 cup polenta
- 3 cups of water
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded
- 2 Black Bean South West Sunshine Burger patties, defrosted and crumbled
- Salsa, to taste
Combine polenta and water and bring to a boil; once boiling, stir for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in shredded vegan cheese. Spoon half of the polenta mixture into a 9″ square pan. Add Black Bean South West burgers and top with the remaining polenta mixture.
Let the mixture cool. Once cooled, cut into triangles and brown with some oil in a fry pan.
Top with your favorite salsa. Or make some of your own using fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, lime juice, cilantro and salt and pepper.
