Make a classic plant-based burger with fresh produce (I love sliced avocado, tomato, peppery arugula, and, sprouts—because it is a classic) topped with a slice of vegan cheese ( Daiya Foods cheddar style slices work really well) and maybe a dollop of Follow Your Heart Vegenaise—try the chipotle version for some added heat.
